What areas do you serve?

I serve clients in Coventry and surrounding towns within a 30-minute drive. This includes Bedworth, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull and more. I also serve select areas of Birmingham. However, the best and most cost-effective solution is to visit me at 10 Santos Cl, Binley, Coventry CV3 2FG

What is my training style/approach?

My training style strikes the perfect balance between pushing clients to work hard while keeping things enjoyable and relaxed. I get to know each person to understand what motivates them best, whether that’s high fives, personalised encouragement, or leading by example with my workout.

What makes me different from other trainers?

No two clients are alike, and my customised programs reflect that. I take the time to understand your unique goals, limitations, preferences and lifestyle to create a plan tailored for you. I also specialise in crafting realistic nutrition guidance based on your needs – not a one-size-fits-all diet. And my decades of experience sets me apart.

Do you offer remote/online training?

At this time I offer in-person training sessions to provide hands-on guidance and coaching. However, check-ins between sessions and some nutrition guidance can be done online.

How long have you been a personal trainer?

I have been a certified personal trainer for over 12 years. In that time, I have trained dozens of clients from all walks of life to help them transform their health and fitness through customised programs. My passion is helping regular people achieve their goals.

Have you competed as a bodybuilder?

Yes! As an experienced bodybuilder, I have competed continuously at regional and national levels over the past decade. This competition experience allows me to truly understand what it takes to sculpt an award-winning physique. I walk the walk when it comes to living a healthy, fit lifestyle.

Training Expertise

What types of training programs do you offer (strength, HIIT, etc)?

I offer customised programs tailored to each client’s goals, which may include: strength training, bodybuilding, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), flexibility/mobility work, cardiovascular conditioning, and more. My specialities are building muscle and sculpting an aesthetic physique through effective strength workouts.

Do you train men, women, or both?

I train both men and women. While muscle-building approaches may differ slightly between genders, I am experienced in helping all clients accomplish their ideal physique through customised guidance.

Can you train clients with injuries/limitations?

Yes. During our consultation, we will discuss any injuries, limitations, or conditions you have so I can tailor our workouts safely. I can provide modified exercises as needed, or alternative training methods like pool resistance training if injuries prevent traditional lifting.

Do you train athletes or just regular people trying to get fit?

I work with a range of clients from regular people looking to get in shape to competitive athletes. My versatile expertise allows me to train anyone wanting to upgrade their physique, strength and overall fitness. I personalize my approach based on your athletic experience and goals.

Nutrition Services

Do you offer custom nutrition plans?

Yes, providing personalised nutrition guidance is a key part of my training services. During our consultation, I get detailed information about your dietary needs, food preferences, schedule and more so I can design customised meal plans and macro targets tailored specifically for you.

Can you work with special diets (vegan, food allergies)?

Absolutely. No matter your dietary needs – vegan, vegetarian, food intolerances, etc. – I have experience crafting tailored nutrition plans that work for you. I may provide certain supplement recommendations as needed based on limitations. The goal is to help you eat properly for your unique body and objectives.

Will you write grocery lists or meal prep ideas?

As part of custom nutrition coaching, I provide helpful supplemental resources like printable grocery lists with healthy items that fit your plan, batch-cooking recipes for efficient meal prep, portable snack ideas and more. My goal is to set you up for nutrition success every step of the way.

Working with You

How often will we meet each week?

We will meet 1-5 times per week depending on your goals, schedule, and level of involvement. More advanced lifting programs generally require 2-3 strength training sessions weekly for optimal results. We confirm the exact frequency during our initial consultation based on your needs.

What happens in an initial consultation?

Our first consultation is a free opportunity for us to discuss your wellness history, health goals, current lifestyle and more so I can best understand how to train you. We cover exercise background, injuries, desired result timeline, schedule flexibility and more. This info lets me design fully customised programs catered to you.

What equipment/gym access is needed?

I train clients at various local gyms throughout Coventry equipped for strength training. As your trainer, I provide guidance and programs – having your gym membership is required to access weights/cardio machines we utilize during sessions. If injured, pool resistance or at-home training can be arranged as well.

How accessible are you between sessions?

Between scheduled sessions, I make myself readily available via phone/email if any guidance or motivation is needed. I also schedule periodic check-ins as included with ongoing training to assess progress and recalibrate your plan as needed. Rest assured I’m here to help keep you on track.

Results

How quickly can I expect to see results?

With consistency, most clients begin seeing body composition and strength changes in as little as 4-6 weeks. However, drastic fitness transformations take months to accomplish safely. I structure milestones every 6-8 weeks to track progress so you can see gradual results motivating you through the process.

How will you track my progress?

I incorporate periodic assessments during our training to quantitatively measure improvements, like body measurements, before/after photos from the same angles, strength gains for certain lifts, cardio endurance benchmarks, and other relevant tests. Tracking progress this way provides clear proof your hard work is paying off.
